From your first call, Dr. Bart Rzepa keeps everything transparent. We review your forms and verify insurance up front, explaining deductibles, co-pays, and any out-of-pocket costs before care begins. If needed, onsite digital X-rays are taken and reviewed right away—bring recent films and Dr. Rzepa will read them.
Simple Prep (and Optional Paperwork)
Getting ready is easy—these steps save time:
- Download and complete new your patient forms from our website, then print them at home, or upload them securely.
- If using insurance or an HSA, have your details handy; we’ll verify benefits for you when you arrive.
- Bring recent X-rays from the past year, or we can request them on your behalf from another office.
- Wear what’s comfortable; gowns are available in our office’s own private X-ray room.
- Prefer to talk it through with our team first? Ask for a complimentary quick consult.
Easy Access & Walk-In Hours
Appointments are recommended for new patients, but walk-ins are always welcome. Walk in Wednesday through Friday, 9 to 7; phones answered seven days a week. Massage therapy is available Monday through Friday by appointment. Find us on Route 108, across from the Talbots plaza near the Porsche/Audi dealership and Scammon’s Farm. Easy parking.
What Ongoing Care Looks Like
Follow-ups are efficient and patient-centered. Many adjustments take just minutes; complex cases may take longer, and EPAT shockwave adds about 10 minutes. We’re in network with plans that cover chiropractic care and accept HSAs; we also participate with Medicare and Medicaid and check benefits before you’re seen. You’ll get practical home advice and, when helpful, options like Erchonia cold laser, RockTape, Foot Levelers orthotics, neurofeedback, and coordinated massage.
