Meet Dr. Bart Rzepa
For over 28 years, Dr. Bart Rzepa has delivered old-school, hands-on chiropractic care with modern tools on the Seacoast. A Logan College of Chiropractic graduate (cum laude, April 1997), he offers a no-barriers approach: walk in Wednesday through Friday 9 to 7, get X-rays onsite when needed, and start feeling relief on day one.
Background
Raised in Poland, Dr. Rzepa moved to the U.S. at 17 and discovered chiropractic after a training injury. Fast relief and a clear explanation shifted his path from pre-med to chiropractic. His philosophy is “above-down, inside-out,” paired with practical, ancestral living: move well and get fresh air. In the office, that means patient-first communication, straight talk, and care that addresses pain now and function long-term.
Techniques Used
Dr. Rzepa is proficient in Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson drop, SOT, upper cervical, and craniosacral (for kids), with instrument adjusting available on request. At Rzepa Family Chiropractic and Massage, hospital-grade digital X-rays, Erchonia cold laser, CuraMedix EPAT (shockwave), Foot Levelers custom orthotics, and neurofeedback round out care. He keeps processes transparent so patients always know what’s happening and why.
With hundreds of pediatric cases and a three-year postgraduate pediatric program under his belt, he offers gentle, modified care for pregnancy and children. He uses comfortable methods like SOT blocks, craniosacral, and Webster-style pelvic work (not Webster certified) to support alignment and easier movement. For kids, he favors milestone-based checkups, child-led visits, and parent education—we never force care. Outside the Office
Dr. Rzepa is married to his high-school sweetheart and loves the outdoors. He was named Chiropractor of the Year by The Family Practice (Dr. Eric Plasker’s organization). He has called Stratham home since 1997 and believes skill, access, and kindness matter most.
